Glutein-free biscuits

Ingredients:

300gr glutein free flour (I used Schar mix C)
160gr butter
1 egg + 1 egg yolk
130 sugar
jam you like most

Procedure:

Cut butter in small pieces, place the pieces in the middle of the flour and work them with your hands  untill you obtain a sandlike misture.
Add sugar and eggs, work it with hands untill you get an homogeneous and compact dough.

Place the dough in a plastic wrap and let it stand in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Then gently stretch it out witha  rollin pin, cut it in pieces of the size you like, and make a little pressure in the middle of each biscuit for making place to the jam.

Bake in the oven
